The Prime Glass meeting in Murano (Venice – Italy) has been a great success. All the staff involved wants to thank the wide audience that attended the meeting. Both for the present and for who missed it, here below you cand find all the presentations that have been held.
SSV, together with Stara Glass and UNIGE, organized, in the suggestive location of their Murano (Venice – Italy) headquarters, a seminar that will be held on February 26th, with the title:
Primary techniques for nitrogen oxides (NOx) reduction in melting glass furnaces: general considerations and results obtained by the Prime Glass project.

During the second half of 2015, Stara Glass and SSV have been invited to present the Prime Glass project in a series of meeting between the refractory material producer SEPR and all the main Italian glass producers. The presentation, that has been shown in the various meetings, is here available for download.
As announced, the technologies and the present results of the Prime Glass project have been succesfully presented by SSV at the ICG meeting in Paris. The presentation is available for download at the following link:
We are proud to announce that the Prime Glass project will be presented, in November 2015, at the ICG (International Commission of Glass) meeting in Paris. The good results we are obtaining are capturing a larger and larger atention in the world of glass.
At the International CAE Conference 2014 (Computer Aided Engineering) hold 27-28 October 2014, in Pacengo del Garda (VR) – Italy, the project was presented by Davide Basso, member of the University of Genova team.
An article was published in the conference proceedings under the title CFD simulation of regenerative chambers in glass industry to support the design process for thermal efficiency improvement, prepared by D.
